Reciprocal Policy:

We are a true reciprocal club for the first two nights whereby we offer what your club offers to our members for the first two nights.  CBYC has a daily rate of $2.50 per liner foot for a third night.  Maximum consecutive stay is three nights and 14 nights for the boating season.

Reciprocal guests are asked to call our Dock Attendants on VHF channel 68.  We prefer reservations in advance as our visitor accommodation is limited.  We cannot accommodate boats longer than 50 feet.  Dockage request forms are available on our website and preference is given to reservations.

During peak season, docking assistance is available between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.  Hail one of our dock attendants on VHF channel 68.  If you arrive outside of these hours, please dock on the wall in front of the clubhouse until you can be assigned a slip. We ask visitors to please fly their club burgee and show their current membership card upon arrival.

Our location at the foot of the spectacular Scarborough Bluffs and next to a beautiful sandy beach make our club an ideal place to unwind and enjoy.   We have a dining room and bar that features a varied menu and a wrap around balcony for views of the bluffs, the boat basin and lake beyond.  The dining room often has ‘daily specials’ in addition to our regular menu on our website.  Reservations are recommended for Friday or Saturday evenings.

On check-in visitors will receive an information pamphlet concerning our facilities, rules, after-hours bathroom access and WIFI codes.  We also offer a visitor tent with a dedicated BBQ located just west of the clubhouse.

  • Arrival Instructions: Call Harbour Attendant on VHF 68 for instructions. The office does not assign slips. The front wall is for receiving visitors and emergency docking- 15 minutes maximum- front wall is kept open at all other times.   • Limitations: Basin channel entrance depths are dredged to 1.8 meters below chart datum and maintained by "TRCA" at their discretion. The entrance to the basin can be subject to silting - proceed with caution in the gap. Slips for boats larger than 35' are limited and may only be available when member's slips are vacant.
